We are blogging!

This week I introduced students to a new website: Kidblog.org. Kidblog is a great way for students to learn about blogging. Our class has a private blog on kidblog (see link in the side bar). The only information that is displayed are first names as well as the title of the post. Comments cannot be viewed unless you are logged in (only students and I have logins). Also, only students and I are able to post comments on the discussion boards. Even though this blog is private, we always discuss in class that we do not post any personal identifiable information on the internet. All comments are moderated by me which means that when a students writes a comment, I have to approve the comment before it is posted.

Students restated the question by using question words in their answers: My favourite toy is...

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
