Making Inferences Using Picture Clues

Students have been learning to make inferences when reading. Good readers infer because they look for clues in the pictures or the words to help them figure what the book is about (Reading Power, Pg 84).

Today (during the snow day) we used picture clues to help us write speech bubbles in a wordless book.
