Halloween Party!

Dear Parents,

On October 31st, we will be participating in a Fall Harvest Dance for the Primary Students during the first block of the day.  The Intermediate students will be hosting the event in an attempt to raise funds for their school trip.  The cost of admission is $2.00 and one canned food item. 

Please do not send your child to school in his/her costume.  Instead, have your child bring his/her costume in a bag with his/her name on it.  The students will put on their costumes after the First Nutrition Break and we will have our party during the middle block.  The students will remove their costumes before the second recess so they remain in good condition for trick-or-treating in the evening.

If your child requires make-up for his/her costume, please apply the make-up in the morning prior to your child arriving at school.  Please do not send your child to school with any pretend weapons (e.g., guns, swords, etc.).

Please DO NOT send any treats to school. I will be buying all the treats for the party as a thank-you for a great start to  the year.
